Integrated FM Functionality

Capture, monitor, process and analyze all of the accurate, real-time maintenance data that you need. Integrated functionality includes planned/reactive maintenance, automated maintenance scheduling, procurement and contract management, employee self-service portal, field service routing and dedicated Help Desk capabilities. Manhattan allows for streamlined and secure Vendor access in managing assigned work orders, service requests and registering invoices, etc. Invoices and financial transactions can be generated based on the work that has been delivered.

Streamline FM on the Move

Manhattan's work order app allows FM work to be done quickly, efficiently and easily, while on the move, using intuitive screens and common navigation touch points. Users can view work order information and assets, enter arrival/departure times, access asset and procedure related documents, add additional information, such as uploading images of the issues and completed work, and complete work assignments. In addition, integration with Trimble MAPS provide powerful route-planning, a unique feature that can provide maintenance teams with advice on the most efficient route for them to travel between different locations.
